If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original conditions within 7 days of its receipt. In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 “Remote method of selling Goods” of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” Buyer is entitled to reject Goods at any time before its delivery and after receipt of Goods within 7 days if Goods
are of proper quality and in undamaged packaging. On the condition that specified Goods were not used, still retaining consumer appeal, we will make the refund less delivery expenses and transfer money within 10 business days after receipt of Goods to settlement account, card account or PayPal account, owned by Buyer.
Goods, while you return them and as long as we have not received them, are your responsibility. For their safety, we recommend You to send parcel using courier service that will insure Goods, and provide you with accurate information about estimated delivery time.
Made to Measure items shall be returned/exchanged only in case of defective or wrong item. In accordance with Article 484 and Article 487 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Buyer shall accept ordered Goods and pay the full price. Buyer is notified that in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” Goods of proper quality, Made to Measure, are non-returnable and non- refundable. Any item returned in used, dirty conditions and etc. will be sent back to you with no refund.
We do not pay return costs, except for sending wrong or defective item. You are always entitled to change your mind and to withdraw from the purchase, but please remember that courier service is not free of charge. That is why, we contact You in advance to ensure that your decision is final and item is desirable.
If you receive a wrong item or if the item is defective, please contact us, we will make an exchange (in this case we incur all expenses), or you can return it to us by standard returns procedure.
