3. Order Placement
3.1. All information about Goods published on Website is for informational purpose only and does not fully reflect the applicable information about quality and characteristics of Goods. For detailed information about Goods, Buyer can contact Seller via email email@example.com.
3.2. Buyer shall place Order and select one of the ways of its transmission to Seller based on information about Goods displayed on Website.
3.3. Placement and transmission of Order shall be executed according to the procedure identified on Website, and is completed by sending confirmation of Order acceptance via Website tab “My Account” and also by Buyer’s email or by phone.3.4. Along with information about Goods, Buyer provides Seller the following information:
- Buyer’s full name or person whom Buyer designated to receive Order (here in after — Order Recipient);
- delivery address;
- phone number;
- e-mail address.
3.5. Seller shall inform Buyer about Order status by email or by phone, as well as through Website tab “My Account”. Upon Order transfer to courier service, Buyer is entitled to request a tracking number, contact information of courier service and other data using which Order can be tracked until its receiving.
3.6. Seller is entitled to cancel Buyer’s Order or exclude some items from Order in the absence of the ordered Goods at Seller (its suppliers) with an obligatory notification of Buyer by phone or email.
3.7. In the event of Order cancellation or exclusion of some items from Order, funds received by Seller in the prepaid transaction, including shipping costs, in full or in part, shall be refunded to Buyer within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the refund application.
